Michael
Shearer has been fishing these rivers since a
young age would you believe the age of 4. He has been fishing Oregon and
California rivers for over 24 years. Michael has many outstanding credentials
and qualifications having worked most of his life in the great outdoors. Come
and learn from him about Oregon's outdoor adventures. Michael loves the beautiful
North Umpqua River as he watches from the deck on his house located at the unique
area where the North Umpqua and Little River meet. (The only place in the world
where two rivers meet head on.) |
Gary
Leon has
owned and operated his own guide service for 14 years as Osprey Guide Service.
Gary began his guiding experience on the famous Somes Bar Lodge in northern California.
His specialties are Steelhead and Salmon on the 26 mile portion of drift boat
fishing of the scenic North Umpqua River. Gary has plenty of experience with Fall
Chinook and Winter Steelhead, these of course being his favorites. Gary also enjoys
fishing on the southern Oregon coastal region of rivers, like the Elk, Sixes and
Coquille. Gary would love to take you out on a fishing experience of a life time.
If you would like, please ask for Gary on your next trip into the Great Oregon
outdoors. |
Ken
Martin is
one of the best known guides on the Rogue and Umpqua River systems. He has raised
his sons in this area and taught them to enjoy the splendors of Southern Oregon
fishing on many of these beautiful rivers. Ken and his family live on the upper
end of the South fork of the Umpqua river system. I believe that Ken is one of
the premier Chinook fishermen in Southern Oregon with over 30 years of experience
and operating his guide service in this area. We think you will be entertained
with the many stories and experience that Ken can provide you with, you won't
be disappointed. |
